How long does shipping take?

We offer shipping within the U.S. with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 weeks.

How is my furniture delivered?

Your reception desk comes fully assembled. Please ensure that the furniture dimensions fit through your doors and elevator.

Do I need to prepare anything for delivery?

Yes. Your furniture will be delivered curbside and can weigh between 400lb – 600lb. Please have at least four people available to help move it into your space.

What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?

If the crate is damaged upon delivery, DO NOT accept the furniture. Notify the shipping company immediately.

Will I be notified before delivery?

Yes. The shipping company will contact you to schedule the delivery appointment.

Can I change my delivery address?

You have 5 days after purchasing to request a delivery address change.
